Partnering with our pals at Burial Beer Co. out of Asheville, North Carolina, we brought a little bit of the South to the North! Together we brewed this Pecan and Coffee Pastry Imperial Stout which was aged in extremely unique Madeira Whiskey Barrels from Blackened Whiskey. This stout contains the nutty aromas of pecans and rye spice with notes of whiskey, coffee and sweet toffee. How’s that for southern hospitality?

From the South Slope District in Asheville, NC, the brewery started in summer 2013 as a one-barrel system that grew to a ten-barrel in just over a year. It is now a production facility, barrelhouse and taproom brewery, with 4 locations and taprooms, in both Raleigh and Charlotte.

With our friends at Cloudwater Brewing out of Manchester, England, we brewed one of our most unique stouts yet - an Ice Wine Imperial Stout refermented with ice wine juice and must, and finally finished in port barrels. This stout is full of unique flavours of sweet wine, port spice, cinnamon, honey and peach. This brew has a sweet aroma, light roasty body and is perfect for sipping on those long chilly evenings.

Teaming up with our friends at Bellwoods Brewery out of Toronto, we brewed this delectable Dulce de Leche Pastry Imperial Stout. Yes - you read that right, folks! With sweet, rich flavours of delightful caramel, vanilla and distinct notes of wheated bourbon throughout, this stout is rich in texture and flavour and is sure to satisfy both your beer and sweet sweet tooth!

Bellwoods Brewery is based out of Toronto, Ontario on the bustling Ossington Avenue. It features a street-side patio with fresh beer on tap, a small selection of cider and wine, and full menu of seasonal fare.

Pairing up with our friends at Dugges Bryggeri out of Gothenburg, Sweden, we took a piece of inspiration from their home country: chocolate. This Chocolate Raspberry Mint Pastry Imperial Stout is brewed with dark chocolate and sweet raspberries, with just a pleasant backing of peppermint. This brew has a large body with sweet notes of fudge, vanilla and warming bourbon. An absolutely delightful combination if you ask us!

Dugges Ale- & Porterbryggeri is a brewery in Landvetter outside Gothenburg, Sweden. The brewery was started in 2005 by Mikael Dugge Engström and is focused on top-fermented beers, influenced by US micro breweries.
