A Little Help From Our Friends at Wandering Spirits

Whether it's a cortado or a cocktail, friends of Collective, Wandering Spirits, specialize in creating unique and delicious hand-crafted beverages. Located in the heart of Downtown St. Catharines, Wandering Spirits serves a healthy selection of Collective Arts beer and cocktails, and unbiasedly happens to be one of our favourite places to visit in the Niagara region.

We recently made our way to St. Kitts to hang with owner Gregor Sayliss, and he made us two killer cocktails: a Gin Novara Sour using our Rhubarb & Hibiscus Gin and a Gin Espresso Cocktail using our Artisanal Dry Gin.

Rhubarb & Hibiscus Gin Novara Sour

Ingredients

0.5 oz Simple syrup

0.75 oz Acid-adjusted orange juice

0.75 oz Foamer

Two dashes of Collective Arts Grapefruit & Vanilla Bitters

1.5 oz Collective Arts Rhubarb & Hibiscus Gin

0.75 oz Novara

Directions

Place simple syrup, acid-adjusted orange juice, foamer, Collective Arts bitters, and Rhubarb & Hibiscus Gin into an empty cocktail mixer and dry shake. Add ice and shake again for about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled sour glass, top with a dehydrated lemon, and serve. Drink Creatively.

Artisanal Dry Classic Espresso Gin Martini

Ingredients

0.33 oz Simple syrup

0.75 oz Coffee liqueur

1.5 oz Collective Arts Artisanal Dry Gin

1 Double shot of fresh espresso

Directions

Place simple syrup, coffee liqueur, Collective Art Artisanal Dry Gin, and a double shot of fresh espresso into a cocktail mixer filled with ice. Shake until very well chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass, top with three coffee beans, and serve. Drink Creatively.
