To keep everyone as safe as possible and ensure we are properly verifying IDs, our drivers can only go as far as the lobby or the front door of your building. Please come down and meet the driver when they arrive. We can only leave your package with a concierge/front desk leave your ID with the person who will be holding on to your package for you.

No, unfortunately not. We need to verify that you’re 19+ and ensure your order isn’t left unattended, so we can only deliver to a house, apartment building, or business.

Our spirits and ready to drink cocktails are legally required to be sold with a food item. To make things as simple as possible, we automatically add a $0.05 snack to any order that includes spirits or ready to drink cocktails.

Unfortunately, we are unable to alter your order once it is finalized at checkout. This means we cannot add or remove any items once your card has been charged.

Someone 19+ must be home for us to complete the delivery. We cannot leave packages unattended on a porch, deck, back step, in a lobby, etc. We need to make sure it gets taken inside by someone of legal drinking age. If you're running late or realize you won't be home, we're happy to leave your delivery with a neighbour, provided of course that they're 19+ (we would also appreciate you giving them a heads up as well).
