ONTARIO-WIDE DELIVERY
With the support of our new delivery partner, GLS Canada, we now offer doorstep delivery to the vast majority of Ontario. From St. Catharines to Toronto to Ottawa to Thunder Bay, you can now order Collective Arts directly to your home!
Mostly deliveries will be made 1-3 Business Days after placing your order with the more remote parts of the province taking up to 6-15 Business Days. You will be able to see your home's delivery windows at check out.
Please note the following:
- If your order contains beer or any other drinks, the Order Minimum is $99.99 and shipping is $15.
- Shipping is free on orders over $175.
- If you just want a t-shirt, hat etc. and your order only contains merch, the Order Minimum is $19.99 and shipping is $4.99.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once you've placed your order, you will receive:
- Order Confirmation Email
- Order Update Email with GLS Tracking Number which you can use to learn the date and approx. time your order will arrive.
Please note that your order could be split into multiple packages with different tracking numbers depending on the size of the order.

Use our digital gift cards online OR in-store at one of our taprooms! Not sure if your friend prefers IPAs or Sours? No worries! Order a digital gift card and let them choose what they want.
Here’s how it works:
1. Your digital gift card(s) will arrive by email. If you’d like the gift card to go to someone else you can either forward the email to them OR enter their email address in the shipping information at checkout.
2. You (or your gift recipient) will get an order confirmation email followed by another email with a QR code and a 16-digit code - this is your gift card! If you order multiple gift cards, they will arrive in separate emails.
3. The 16-digit code can be entered at checkout for online purchases and the QR code can be scanned at either our Toronto or Hamilton taprooms.
Note: Digital Gift Cards DO NOT count towards the order minimum since they are not a physical product.
