Looking for a tasty cocktail to quench that sweet tooth of yours? May we introduce to you the Pride & Passion. She's tall, sweet, and extra creamy!
Pride & Passion
Ingredients:
Cocktail:
- 2oz Collective Arts Rhubarb & Hibiscus Gin
- 1oz Fresh passion fruit juice
- 2 Cubes of watermelon, muddled
- 0.5oz Fresh lime juice
- 0.5oz Passion fruit syrup
Foam:
- 3oz Riesling wine
- 2oz Egg white
- 0.5oz Lemon juice
- 0.5oz Pineapple syrup
Directions:
- Add cocktail ingredients into shaker and shake vigorously
- Add 2 King Cubes to your Wide Collins
- Strain cocktail over rocks
- If you have a Whipped Creamer handy, add the foam ingredients into it and top strained cocktail.
- Otherwise, add foam ingredients to a shaker (separately from cocktail ingredients), vigorously dry shake, then pour over strained cocktail.
