This small-batch experimental series is proudly brewed in Cambridge, Ontario at our new innovation facility located where we’ll continue to push the boundaries of craft brewing with unique, limited-release brews.
The series’ name, Art Reserve, draws from our extensive archive of submitted artwork collected through our ongoing global Call for Art. Every can features a work of art from an emerging artist, and a limited edition sticker that peels off the label.

TWIN RIVER
Inspired by the Grand and Speed Rivers meeting, Twin River is a light and refreshing Belgian-style Wit brewed with wheat, orange peel, and coriander. This 4.5% brew is hazy golden with a smooth mouthfeel and subtle layers of citrus and spice. Easygoing and endlessly drinkable, a true convergence of flavour and finesse.

STAR COLLECTOR
Meet Star Collector, a Czech 12° Lager from our debut ART RESERVE batch. Brewed using traditional decoction methods, this 4.9% lager balances a rich, malty backbone with the floral, earthy, and gently spicy notes of Czech-grown Saaz hops. It’s crisp, clean, and crafted for lovers of old-world precision and modern drinkability.

FINAL VERDICT
Final Verdict is a crisp, clean rice lager with a light body and a delicately dry finish. Brewed with rice for subtle malt sweetness and soft hop balance, this 4.5% lager is all about refreshment without compromise. The Verdict? An easy-drinking essential from our first ART RESERVE release.

MIRROR MIRROR
Mirror Mirror is a bold, aromatic IPA that showcases the hop-forward brilliance of Nelson Sauvin and Enigma. At 6.5%, it’s a juicy, well-balanced brew bursting with tropical fruit, white grape, and berry notes. Part of ART RESERVE Batch No. 1, this IPA reflects our small-batch spirit, vibrant, expressive, and made to be noticed.

A queer interdisciplinary artist and art educator currently living and working in Central Frontenac. Driven by curiosity and kindness, their practice extends into art facilitation with a range of collaborations, workshops, and performances which radiate from queer ecologies and friendships.
