Sponsor

The sponsor of the Postcards from Paradise Giveaway (the "Contest") is Collective Arts Brewing (the "Sponsor").

Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules

By entering, participants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

Entry Period

The Contest begins on JUNE 16, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on AUGUST 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the entry form via [INSERT ENTRY LINK] and meet all stated requirements. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not comply with these rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor's discretion. Participants may not use multiple identities, email addresses, or devices to enter more times than permitted.

Prizes

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two to Costa Rica, including flights, accommodations, and a curated Collective Arts experience, with an approximate retail value of $6,000 CAD.

Enter Early Bonus Draw: Participants who enter between June 16, 2026 and July 17, 2026, 11:59 PM EST, will be eligible for an additional early draw prize. One (1) early draw winner will receive a "Bringing the Tropics to Your Backyard" Collective Arts experience, including drinks, music, prizes and more, with an approximate retail value of $2,000 CAD. The early draw winner will be selected by random draw on July 20, 2026. Winning the early draw does not disqualify a participant from the Grand Prize or any other prize draw.

Three (3) winners will each receive a Chilly Moose cooler with an approximate retail value of $300 CAD each. Additional winners will receive Collective Arts prize packs including apparel, glassware and more, each with an approximate retail value of $100 CAD. Prize values are approximate and may vary. All prize details are at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except at the Sponsor's discretion. Any taxes or additional expenses associated with prize acceptance or use are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification

The early draw winner will be selected by random draw on July 20, 2026 from all eligible entries received by July 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. Grand Prize and remaining prize winners will be selected by random draw under the supervision of the Sponsor within seven (7) days after the Entry Period ends on August 28, 2026. All winners will be notified within seven (7) days of their respective draw. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within seven (7) days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. A skill testing question will be required upon contact. Winners may also be required to complete a declaration of eligibility, liability, and publicity release.

Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering, participants grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants confirm that their submission is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

General Terms

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control compromise the integrity of the Contest. The Sponsor may disqualify any individual who attempts to tamper with the entry process or violate these rules.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Contest or use of any prize. This includes, but is not limited to, technical errors, lost entries, or unauthorized intervention.

Disputes

This Contest is governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved individually and exclusively in Canadian courts, without resort to class action. Participants waive any right to claim punitive or consequential damages.

Social Media Disclaimer

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform. Participants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor, not to any social platform.
