Sponsor

The sponsor of the Postcards from Paradise Giveaway (the "Contest") is Collective Arts Brewing (the "Sponsor").

Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. 

Each participant will only receive one (1) entry; any additional entries will not qualify and may result in disqualification for fraudulent entries.

Agreement to Rules

By entering, participants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

Entry Period

The Contest begins on JUNE 16, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on SEPTEMBER 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the entry form via CONTEST PAGE and meet all stated requirements. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not comply with these rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor's discretion. Participants may not use multiple identities, email addresses, or devices to enter more times than permitted.

Prizes

Grand Prize

• Two (2) round-trip economy-class airline tickets to Costa Rica from a major Canadian airport reasonably determined by the Sponsor;
  
• Three (3) nights and four (4) days of accommodations for the winner and one (1) guest;
  A curated Collective Arts experience and activities, as determined by the Sponsor; and
  
• Local transportation to and from the curated experiences and activities specifically included in the itinerary by the Sponsor.

The Grand Prize must be completed by September 27, 2027. The winner may request preferred travel dates, subject to availability and the Sponsor's determination of the applicable travel arrangements, itinerary, accommodations and activities. Travel is not available during the following blackout periods: December 18, 2026 through January 2, 2027, inclusive, and March 19 through March 21, 2027, inclusive.

The Sponsor will cover applicable taxes and standard fees associated with the components of the Grand Prize expressly described above. The stated ARV is an estimate based on the Sponsor's reasonable determination of the regular market value of the prize and may vary depending on the winner's point of departure, travel dates, availability and other applicable circumstances.

The winner and guest are responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly included in the Grand Prize, including, without limitation:

• Airport parking, airport transportation, and/or pick-up and drop-off expenses;
  
• Meals and beverages not expressly included in the itinerary, including meals and beverages purchased during air travel or at the destination;
  
• Additional or excess baggage and carry-on fees;
  
• Local transportation not specifically included in the itinerary;
  
• Travel insurance;
  
• Valid passports, visas, permits and other required travel documentation;
  
• Any applicable costs associated with obtaining required travel documentation; and
  
• Any upgrades, additional activities, experiences or other itinerary additions requested by the winner or guest.

The winner and guest must comply with all applicable airline, accommodation, travel and destination requirements. The guest must be of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Early Bird Prize

Participants who enter the Contest between June 16, 2026 and August 3, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET, inclusive, will automatically be eligible for the Early Bird Prize draw.

There is one (1) Early Bird Prize available to be won, consisting of a Backyard Collective Arts experience, including drinks, speakers, one (1) artist-painted Chilly Moose cooler, and a Collective Arts prize pack including apparel, glassware and other merchandise, with a total ARV of approximately $2,000 CAD.

The Early Bird Prize winner will be selected by random draw on or about August 12, 2026 from among all eligible Early Bird entrants. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Early Bird Entry Period.

Winning the Early Bird Prize does not disqualify the winner from being selected for the Grand Prize, provided that the winner otherwise remains eligible under the Contest Rules.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the specific products, merchandise, activities and other components comprising the Early Bird Prize, provided that the prize awarded is of approximately the stated ARV.

All prize details are subject to availability and may be substituted by the Sponsor with a prize or component of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or any component thereof becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control.

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value, except as expressly permitted by the Sponsor or required by applicable law. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted by a winner, except at the Sponsor's discretion.

Any costs or expenses associated with accepting or using a prize that are not expressly identified as being included in these Official Contest Rules are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner and/or guest.

Winner and Guest Responsibility

The winner and guest are solely responsible for their conduct and behaviour while travelling to, from and within Costa Rica, including while travelling by air and while participating in any activities associated with the Grand Prize. The winner and guest must comply with all applicable federal, provincial, territorial and local laws, regulations, airline policies, accommodation rules, and the laws and regulations of Costa Rica.

The Sponsor is not responsible for any actions, conduct, violations or offences committed by the winner or guest, or for any resulting consequences, including, without limitation, fines, penalties, legal fees, court costs, detention, arrest, deportation, denied entry, removal from a flight, cancellation of travel arrangements, or other legal or administrative consequences. The Sponsor will not pay or reimburse any fines, penalties, bail, legal fees, or other costs arising from the winner's or guest's conduct or violation of any law, regulation, airline policy or other applicable rule.

The Sponsor reserves the right to revoke or terminate the winner's and/or guest's participation in the Grand Prize, without compensation, if their conduct creates a safety concern, violates applicable law or rules, or materially disrupts the travel arrangements, activities or experience.

Any additional costs resulting from such conduct will be the sole responsibility of the winner and/or guest.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification

The Early Bird Prize winner will be selected by random draw on August 12, 2026, from all eligible entries received between June 16, 2026 and August 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. The Sponsor will select the Grand Prize and remaining prize winners by random draw under the Sponsor's supervision within seven (7) days after the Entry Period ends on SEPTEMBER 1, 2026.

Winners will be subject to a skill-testing question, in accordance with the requirements of the Canadian Criminal Code.

Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering, participants grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants confirm that their submission is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

General Terms

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control compromise the integrity of the Contest. The Sponsor may disqualify any individual who attempts to tamper with the entry process or violate these rules.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Contest or use of any prize. This includes, but is not limited to, technical errors, lost entries, or unauthorized intervention.

Disputes

This Contest is governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved individually and exclusively in Canadian courts, without resort to class action. Participants waive any right to claim punitive or consequential damages.

Social Media Disclaimer

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform. Participants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor, not to any social platform.

By participating, entrants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules and Regulations.
