Maple Syrup Barrel Aged Rum 

Vanilla, oak and maple syrup are the dominant aromas, while the barrel’s oaky sweet character is the first thing you’ll notice on the palate. That sweetness is complemented by a spicy finish for a smooth, balanced rum that can be sipped on its own or enjoyed in a cocktail. 

Orange, Coffee & Cocoa Gin

Our orange, cocoa & coffee gin is a blend of all things familiar. Cocoa nibs and Collective Arts coffee, gives the nose of this gin a chocolatey scent. The sweetness of this spirit is balanced by a citrusy burst from bitter orange peel, with a soft smooth finish.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup

The second edition of our Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup is here! Premium Grade A Canadian Dark Maple Syrup in freshly emptied Bourbon barrels that aged for 3 months. The result? A delicious blend – notes of sweet maple, vanilla, toffee, caramel, charred oak and just an ever so slight alcohol warming from the remnants of bourbon in the barrels.

Audio/Visual is a super refreshing lager brewed with pilsner malt and brown rice and cold aged for 4 weeks for the most refreshingly clean, and crisp finish possible. 10/10 crushability level.

Rite & Ritual is a blend of Brazilian and Colombian coffee beans. A light to medium roast with well balanced sweetness and acidity, it features a rich, bittersweet chocolate backbone followed by notes of sweet toffee and peach cobbler. An elevated, everyday coffee that drinks well on it’s own or as a latte.
