TEN CANDLES PASTRY IPA
Collective Arts turns TEN! And what's a birthday without cake? But why bake a cake when you can BREW one? This pastry-inspired Trifle Cake IPA brings the artistry of a classic English trifle cake with the hop-forward intensity of an IPA - a harmony worth celebrating. Beautifully red in colour, with notes of sponge cake, vanilla custard and summer berries, the Mosaic, Enigma and Barbe Rouge hops finish off this IPA that is our toast to a decade of brewing excellence, blending tradition, innovation and artistic inspiration.
TEN CANDLES GIN FIZZ
Celebrating our 10th birthday with a little something fizzy! Crack open this craft cocktail and you’re instantly hit with the aroma of ripe, juicy blackberries. Our Artisanal Gin base is complemented by black pepper and a hint of clove and cinnamon. The nose is reminiscent of a sweet chutney, while the palate finishes dry and refreshing.
STRANGER THAN COFFEE & MAPLE
The perfect fall beer doesn't exis- wait... This ode to all things breakfast will be back in stores soon but we wanted Beer Club to get a first taste of the latest batch! We started this brew with our flagship porter and then added copious amounts of both our very own Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup and freshly roasted coffee from our friends at Detour Coffee, who are based in Hamilton. The result is a beautiful marriage of chocolate and sweet maple syrup that is balanced with the fresh roastiness of the coffee.
FUZZ FACE TRIPLE NEIPA
A sneak peek at our latest limited-release IPA! Try this big, beautiful TRIPLE IPA before it hits stores. Do you like your music loud and your beer bursting with flavour? Clocking in at 10.2% ABV, this triple IPA is not for the faint of heart. This ain’t no '80s power ballad; this brew is a full-on head banger with the distortion cranked up to 11! Packed with Citra hops in four different ways, this hop quartet will leave you screaming “ENCORE!”
BLOOD ORANGE & CRANBERRY SOUR WITH VANILLA
Another first taste of a new brew! Who says autumn has to be all about dark beer? This sour is loaded with fresh blood orange and cranberry, making it the decadent drink of the season. With delicate hints of vanilla, this cornucopia of flavours delivers both citrusy tartness and fruity sweetness that will leave you wanting seconds.
